Technical Requirements

We recommend Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher and Firefox. Support or updates for any other browsers is not offered.

• JavaScript must be enabled
• Cookies must be enabled
• Pop-up windows should be allowed
• Prompting for file downloads should be enabled (optional)

To satisfy all of the above requirements, follow these steps from within Internet Explorer:

1. Select Tools from the main menu.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Click on the green tick Trusted Sites icon.
5. Click the Sites button. A new Trusted Sites window displays.
6. Type https://sureclosetm.com in the Add this Web site to the zone field.
7. Click the Add button, so that the typed URL appears in the list of "Web sites".
8. Click Close on the Trusted Sites window.
9. Click Custom level in the "Security level for this zone" area.
10. Click Enable for the Downloads > Automatic prompting for file downloads setting.
11. Click OK on the Security Settings window.
12. Click on the Privacy tab.
13. Click Settings in the Pop-up Blocker area.
14. Type https://sureclosetm.com in the Address of website to allow field.
15. Click the Add button, so that the typed URL appears in the list of "Allowed sites".
16. Click Close on the Pop-up Blocker Settings window.
17. Click OK on the Internet Options window.
